The Celtronic Symphony

BBC Radio Ulster / BBC Radio Foyle is inviting listeners on to the dancefloor for a special broadcast event marking 25 years of Celtronic. Hosted by BBC Radio Ulster’s Stephen McCauley, this unique event will take place in Derry’s historic St Columb’s Hall Hall on Friday 11 April, 2025.

The Celtronic Symphony will feature the Ulster Orchestra performing a selection of dance tracks from the festival’s 25 year history, including s. The orchestra will perform specially-arranged orchestrations of songs by Chic, Bicep, Primal Scream, Cosmos and many more. The arrangements by Graeme Stewart, Michael Keeney, Paul Campbell and Caolan Cartin will also feature vocalists Siobhan Brown and Our Krypton Son.
